Public e-services
To ensure effective development of the digitalisation of public and administrative services, by encouraging:
the institutions implementing the policy to strive for better results in service digitalisation, and state institutions and municipalities that provide public and administrative services to participate in the implementation of digitalisation initiatives, the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation prepares:
- An e-services maturity level assessment methodology, which aims to establish the criteria and maturity levels for assessing e-services maturity. On this basis, institutions would assess the current, planned, and target maturity level of e-services that are planned, under development, or already developed and being updated and, where relevant, would identify the typical components of e-services that need improvement.
- Guidelines for the development of e-services, which aim to set the direction for the creation and updating of e-services to be followed by institutions that create or update e-services, and to define a typical e-service delivery process.
