12.4 million euros have been allocated for municipal road projects across the country

The Ministry of Economy and Innovation (EIMIN) has allocated €12.4 million in funding to 12 road infrastructure projects being implemented in 10 municipalities across the Lithuania. This funding will enable municipalities to improve connectivity to industrial areas, free economic zones (FEZs), and sites of importance to business.

“When areas suitable for business development become more accessible, municipalities can attract new investors more quickly, encourage existing companies to expand, and create new jobs. That is why it is important to ensure fast, convenient, and reliable transportation for supply chains and investors. These investments represent a targeted contribution by the state to the economic potential of the regions and to making Lithuania more attractive to investors,” says Minister of Economy and Innovation Edvinas Grikšas.
